The Business & Innovation Network ([email protected]™) is an international network of academic and industry partners engaged in supporting the creation of sustainable forum for sharing good practices and opportunities in innovation. It was founded by 3 Universities: Porto, Sheffield and São Paulo. [email protected]™ has currently over 3500 delegates worldwide and so far has held 11 international events in Portugal, UK, Brazil, Romania and Poland. The primary purpose of [email protected]™ initiative is to develop an international sustainable innovation network involving industry and academic partners, science and technology parks, incubators, investors, consultants and economic development agencies, among others, to share knowledge and good practices, in an open innovation sense. It is an interdisciplinary discussion forum which integrates various technology sectors in order to create collaboration and cooperation opportunities.

The 2019 edition of [email protected]™ will be held at the city of Ribeirão Preto, and this edition is being organized by SUPERA Innovation and Technology Park of Ribeirão Preto and University of São Paulo Innovation Agency (AUSPIN).  For the organizers, this is an opportunity to present new projects and technologies developed by Brazilian companies and researchers, with the support of the two institutions, to the national and international community.

[email protected]™  Brazil 2019 is an exciting networking opportunity for you to connect with academia, science & technology parks, incubators, tech based firms, investors, and many others. Your participation is free-of-charge including the opportunity to participate in the Technology Showroom & Business Showcase, , a three-day workshop on product design & development.  It will be a highly motivating experience with open sessions, debates and action tanks dedicated to different themes so you can choose the innovation topics which are of special interest to you. The programme also includes focus sessions, surprising social programmes and many other things like complementary events.

The general theme of [email protected] 2019 is “Circularity and Sustainability”.
